Where we show TikTok Shop dashboards or figures, those numbers generally represent gross merchandise value (gross sales) for a specific period. They are shown before fees, refunds, chargebacks, advertising spend, product and shipping costs, taxes, affiliate commissions and other expenses. Gross sales are not the same as profit or take-home income.
